Spiral Search is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency, hospital or other listed organization. Listing an office does not mean we represent it, and we cannot book appointments, process applications or take payments on its behalf.
Information may be out of date
We work from official sources and review listings monthly, but addresses, phone numbers, hours, services and fees change without notice and errors can occur. The information is provided "as is" and "as available" for general reference only. Always confirm with the official source before you travel or rely on it. Distances are straight-line estimates from the centre of a ZIP code or your location, not driving distances.
Emergencies
Spiral Search is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. Fire, EMS and police station listings are for general reference and may show administrative numbers rather than direct station lines. Hospital listings do not show wait times or availability.

You may use the site for personal and ordinary business purposes. Please do not scrape the site at a rate that disrupts it, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. For bulk data or API access, contact us.

The Spiral Search name, logo, design and the way the directory is compiled belong to us. Underlying facts and official source pages belong to their respective owners. Names of agencies and organizations are used only to identify them.
