Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026.

Spiral Search is built to work without accounts and without collecting personal information. This page explains what happens when you use the site.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details to search the directory. The ZIP code you type is used in your browser to find nearby offices.

Your location

If you tap the "use my current location" button, your browser asks for your permission first. Your coordinates are used only inside your browser to work out which offices are nearest. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. You can decline or revoke permission at any time in your browser settings and search by ZIP code instead.

Hosting and logs

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security, performance and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.

Fonts, maps and other sites

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive your IP address when your browser requests them. Directions links and "Official source" links take you to other websites (for example Google Maps and government sites), which have their own privacy practices. Phone links open your phone's dialer; we do not see or record calls.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or track individual visitors, and does not follow you across other sites. We use these totals only to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working well. If this changes, we will update this page.

Children

Spiral Search is a general information directory and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
